Clay face brick outperforms other building materials on almost every measure that matters: it never needs painting, naturally regulates indoor temperature, resists fire at kiln temperatures of 800–1 000°C, and grows more beautiful over time as the colour deepens with age. It’s the lowest lifetime-cost walling material available in South Africa.
